Never Zero at the 8th Annual WV Homegrown Harvest Festival

The WV Homegrown Harvest Fest started out a passion project of 4 friends and has grown into one of the best little festivals in the state! A top 10 finalist for the Best Of West Virginia Awards 3 consecutive years!!

This cultural event is held at the scenic Silver Lake Campground in Eglon, WV, a popular venue in Preston County. The festival showcase many of Upshur County’s artists and musicians as well as artists, musicians and small businesses from all around our beautiful mountain state!

Each year the event is marked by anticipation and excitement, with festival-goers describing it as “Epic!”, “What the soul needs…”, “An inclusive community where everyone is welcomed!”, “A Family Reunion. ”, and “My favorite event of the year!”

The festival, which was established in 2017, is set against the breathtaking backdrop of Silver Lake in Eglon. Since its inception, the festival has grown from a small-scale assembly of dedicated locals to an expansive gathering of talent from across Appalachia. It embodies a love for West Virginia and her mighty people, for the musicians, the artists, the very best of West Virginia.
